He founded Hoops University, a training company that offers hands-on coaching methods to support students and professional athletes in developing the fundamental skills required to excel in basketball at any level of the sport.

Coach Davis has always been passionate about teaching and mentoring young athletes, and his diverse playing experiences have only reinforced this passion. With Hoops University, he has combined his skills learned from playing for some of basketball’s most well-respected coaches with his natural athletic abilities to create a hands-on coaching strategy that is truly unique. 

At Hoops University, we believe that success in basketball – and in life – is rooted in building a strong foundation from the ground up. That’s why our program is designed to provide tots and tweens with the tools they need to develop a deep understanding of the game and their own abilities. Our coaches work closely with each athlete to help them build their skills and confidence, both on and off the court.
